Production Officer

**Primary Purpose**:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Officer to join our team Bankai Agrifood. The Production Officer will be responsible for overseeing shift activities, executing production plans, ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards, coordinating manpower deployment, preparing shift reports, and maintaining records as per ISO and HACCP requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments

**Key Accountabilities/Activities**:
**Production Supervision**:

- Provide overall supervision of shift activities to ensure smooth production operations.
- Execute the shift production plan, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate the deployment of manpower, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure optimal productivity.
- Prepare accurate shift reports, documenting production activities, equipment performance, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Carry out any assigned tasks by superiors in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee the dispatch of milk and milk products, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Issue milk/cream to the by-product section as required and maintain related records.
- Make necessary changes to production planning in consultation with the manager based on the situation and communicate updates to the relevant personnel.
- Issue materials from the stores as per production requirements, maintaining accurate records of inventory.
- Provide all necessary information to the Manager of Production as and when required.
- Coordinate with other departments, including QC, By-products, Dispatch, RMRD, and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

**Maintenance and Hygiene**:

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping throughout the production area.
- Maintain records in compliance with ISO and HACCP standards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Facilitate the timely repair of machines under breakdown, coordinating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency, implementing appropriate measures and initiatives.
- Adhere to all process parameters provided in SOPs and as instructed by superiors to maintain product quality and consistency.

**Work Relations**:
**Internal**:

- Reporting to Production Manager for all Functional as well as administrative purposes.
- Second level reporting to COO
- Interface with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Procurement, and Dispatch teams
- Interface with HR Teams
- Plant HRBP, Admin Teams

**Experience**:

- **Essential**:_5 to 7 Years of experience in relevant field & products_
- B. Tech (Dairy Technology)
- Proven experience as a Production Officer or in a similar role within a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with different departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required.

**Work Environment**:24 X 6 (6 days a week)

**Shift Details**:General Shift. (09:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Shifts might rotate

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
