**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of **Microsoft Dynamics 365** solutions (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, etc.).
- Architect scalable and secure solutions using **Azure Cloud Services**, ensuring performance, availability, and compliance.
- Drive the use of **Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and deliver robust enterprise solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other architects to define technical roadmaps and governance.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, data management, and DevOps.
- Mentor technical teams and contribute to project estimations, planning, and documentation.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **10+ years of experience** in IT with at least **5+ years** in architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365** (CE, F&O, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Deep understanding and practical experience with **Microsoft Azure Cloud Services** (App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Key Vault, Azure SQL, etc.).
- Solid expertise in **Power Platform** - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with data migration, integration strategies, and enterprise solution design.
- Ability to define and implement technical architecture and governance frameworks.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft certifications such as:

- **Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert**:

- **Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert**:

- Experience with industry-specific implementations (Retail, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance (GDPR, ISO), and performance tuning best practices.
