We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy to join our team. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering Freshmojo meal kits promptly and efficiently to our valued customers across Bangalore. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our delivery services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently deliver Freshmojo meal kits to customers' homes within the designated timeframes.
- Follow the assigned delivery route and schedule, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and friendly during interactions with customers.
- Verify the accuracy of meal kit orders before delivery and ensure proper handling of packages to maintain product quality.
- Collect payment for cash-on-delivery orders, if applicable.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and delivering.
- Assist in loading and unloading meal kits at the Freshmojo warehouse, if required.
- Report any customer feedback or delivery issues to the supervisor for appropriate action.

**Requirements**:

- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in delivery or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Bangalore's roads and traffic patterns.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry meal kit packages.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must have a smartphone with a working GPS system for efficient route navigation.
