_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Mentor the QA team, setting clear objectives and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual testing.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify testing requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the execution of manual testing and ensure test results are documented and analyzed thoroughly.
- Guide and assist the team in adopting and implementing automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
- Continuously improve testing processes, identify areas for automation, and enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Track and report QA metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to ensure transparency and Skills:

- Proven experience in manual testing with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools like Tosca, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect-tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate the QA team.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in an agile environment.
- **Good To Have**:_
- Experience in API testing and performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java for test automation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
