**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using tools such as **JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling**, or **NeoLoad**.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues.
- Create detailed performance test plans, test cases, and test data aligned with project goals.
- Simulate real-world load scenarios and perform stress, load, endurance, and spike testing.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvements and system tuning.
- Generate and present comprehensive performance test reports and dashboards.
- Participate in performance tuning activities alongside development and infrastructure teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **2-5+ years** of hands-on experience in performance testing.
- Strong expertise in one or more performance testing tools**:JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad**, etc.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools like **Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic** is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Shell).
- ISTQB or other relevant performance testing certifications.
