**Company Introduction**:
e-TRNL Energy is building the next-generation battery cell technology. Its approach to product development offers a compromise-free technology with simultaneous improvements on the safety, fast charging, life, and energy density fronts while improving scalability and reliability in manufacturing. e-TRNL Energy has recently closed its pre-seed funding round and is looking to accelerate its product development operations.

**Who are you**:
**Qualifications, education, skills, and/or experience**:

- B.Tech. /M.Sc. or higher with a strong proficiency in fundamentals of materials, electrochemistry and/or new technologies
- Minimum 1 year of industry or academic research experience
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite
- Must have inherent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The job would include fundamental research to undertake material selection, devising safe protocols including formulation of standard operating procedures for electrode optimization and cell fabrication.
- Charting of pathways for end-to-end supply chain of materials that includes but not limited to identification of suppliers, as well as basic due diligence on the supply chain prior to handing over to the procurement team.
- Documentation including testing analysis and reports, literature review, scientific publications, etc.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
