Factory Production Coordinaton

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities in the Factory Unit
- Ensure production schedules are met with attention to quality and timelines.
- Monitor workflow and troubleshoot delays or issues as they arise.
- **Site Coordination**:

- Liaise with project and site teams to plan and deliver site-specific production items.
- Coordinate dispatch and timely installation of furniture and interior elements at multiple sites.
- **Inventory & Stock Control**:

- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
- Coordinate procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Oversee inward and outward material movement..
- Proven experience (3+ years) in factory coordination within the **interior design** or **furniture production** industry.
- Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic inventory software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of production machinery and materials used in interior works is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Production, or related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
