**About the Job**

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business, build client relationships, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets and contribute to company success. At Organic Monk we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to great work.

**Selected day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Identify new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Record sales activities in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven 2 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- B2B & B2C sales experience.
- Knowledge of industry trends.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Location**: Unit -612, Sixth Floor, Best Business Park, Plot No.2, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi, Delhi, 110034

**Salary**: Rs. 15,000- 30,000 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
