Telecaller- Travel Packages

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **Telecaller** to join our travel platform team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them explore and book curated travel packages. Your goal is to drive conversions through engaging communication, product knowledge, and excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Make outbound calls to leads interested in domestic/international travel packages.
**Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel plans/packages.
**Explain inclusions, pricing, and itinerary details clearly and persuasively.
**Handle inbound queries and resolve them promptly.
**Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
**Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
**Coordinate with the sales, operations, and ticketing teams for smooth service delivery.
