Online Food Aggregator

Responsibilities:
1. Online Platform Management: Oversee various online food ordering platforms such as the official website, mobile app, and third-party delivery services. Ensure that all menus, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Order Processing: Monitor incoming orders, process them efficiently, and ensure timely delivery or pickup as per customer preferences. Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to guarantee a smooth and seamless process.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Strive to resolve any issues to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Menu Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing and culinary teams to optimize the online menu, including introducing seasonal offerings and highlighting customer favorites.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze online sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize this data to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
6. Online Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to promote online ordering platforms through various digital marketing channels. Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that food quality, packaging, and presentation meet the company's standards. Maintain consistency in the taste and presentation of all food items ordered online.
8. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of online-exclusive items and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts and wastage.
9. Technical Support: Collaborate with the IT team and platform providers to troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience for customers.
