**Job Description**:
Educademy Coaching Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced IELTS and PTE Trainer to join our team. As an IELTS and PTE Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and the Pearson Test of English (PTE) exams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting comprehensive classes to prepare students for the IELTS and PTE exams, covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Developing and implementing effective lesson plans and teaching strategies tailored to the specific needs and proficiency levels of individual students.
- Administering practice tests and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their English language skills and achieve their target scores.
- Utilizing a variety of teaching resources, including textbooks, online materials, and multimedia tools, to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Monitoring student progress through regular assessments and evaluations, and adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure maximum learning outcomes.
- Motivating and encouraging students to actively participate in class discussions, exercises, and activities, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Providing guidance and assistance to students on exam registration procedures, study strategies, and test-taking techniques to enhance their confidence and performance on the IELTS and PTE exams.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and updates in the IELTS and PTE exams, as well as best practices in English language teaching and assessment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching IELTS and/or PTE preparation courses.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, with a clear accent and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and educational software for teaching purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles and needs.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.
- Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
