Data Science Trainer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Science and Machine Learning Trainer to join our team. As a Data Science and ML Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that equip aspiring data scientists and machine learning enthusiasts with the necessary skills and knowledge. Your expertise in data science concepts, algorithms, and machine learning frameworks will play a crucial role in nurturing the next generation of data-driven professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the training team to design and enhance comprehensive training curricula covering data science, machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and related technologies.

4. Code Reviews: Provide constructive feedback and conduct regular code reviews to help trainees improve their coding and programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.

5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and update training content accordingly to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

6. Technical Support: Offer post-training technical support and guidance to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and gain a deeper understanding of data science concepts.

7. Assessments and Evaluation: Develop assessments and quizzes to evaluate trainees' progress and learning outcomes, providing personalized feedback to aid in their development.

8. Training Material: Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations, datasets, and code examples essential for effective training delivery.

10. Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the training team and encourage trainees to explore advanced data science topics.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

2. Data Science and ML Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning projects, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

3. Training Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a technical trainer, teaching individuals or small groups on data science and machine learning concepts.

4. Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and model building.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data science and ML concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

6. Passion for Teaching: Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring others, with a desire to inspire and empower the next generation of data professionals.

7. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve data-related challenges and provide innovative solutions to practical problems.

8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training content and delivery based on the audience's skill levels and requirements.

9. Portfolio: A portfolio of data science projects or machine learning models developed by you is a plus, showcasing your expertise and practical experience.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
