**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching: Deliver engaging lessons in Physics/Maths to students at higher Secondary Class.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them navigate academic challenges.

Assessment: Regularly evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

Collaboration: Work closely with parents and student to ensure a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science Stream.

Proven experience in teaching and mentoring students [1 year preferred].

Desired Skills:
Experience in guiding students through academic and personal challenges.

Familiarity with modern teaching tools and online education platforms.

Patience, creativity, and adaptability.
