**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform TIG, and Arc welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and welding blueprints.
- Fabricate machine frames, brackets, and custom parts as per design specifications.
- Carry out welding, grinding, cutting, and finishing operations with high accuracy.
- Inspect and ensure structural integrity and dimensional accuracy of welded components.
- Collaborate with the design, fitting, and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Welding or related field.
- 2+ years of welding experience in the automation or machinery manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of welding symbols, tolerances, and safety practices.
- Ability to work from technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.
- Familiarity with jigs, fixtures, and gauges used in precision welding.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in fabrication for robotic or special purpose machines (SPMs).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and fitting.
- Certification in welding techniques (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
