**Job Title: English Tutor**Hero Ecotech Limited is seeking an experienced English tutor to teach our engineer level employees. The English tutor will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored English language lessons to enhance the language proficiency of our employees. The tutor will work closely with our employees to identify their individual language needs and develop a comprehensive curriculum that meets their learning objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver English language lessons to engineer level employees.
- Assess the language needs of employees and tailor lessons to meet their individual learning objectives.
- Monitor employee progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
- Provide feedback to employees on their language skills and offer guidance on areas for improvement.
- Track and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering English language lessons to non-native speakers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Experience working in a corporate environment is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
