**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver math lessons to primary school students in a clear and engaging manner.
- Teach key mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry, measurement, and basic algebra.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Provide individualized support to students, ensuring that each student can achieve their potential.
- Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, and projects.
- Offer constructive feedback to students on their performance and help them set academic goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels motivated and valued.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any areas of concern.
- Organize and participate in school events, math competitions, and extracurricular activities.
- Continuously update and improve teaching methods by staying current with educational trends and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A teaching certification (B.Ed. or equivalent) is required.
- Proven experience teaching primary school students.
- Strong understanding of primary school mathematics curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable teaching approach.
- Ability to make math fun, engaging, and accessible to young learners.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to use technology and educational tools in the classroom to enhance learning.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse learning abilities.
- Creative approach to lesson planning and problem-solving.
- Passion for inspiring young minds and helping students develop a positive attitude toward mathematics.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
