Merchandiser (Woven Fabrics)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new fabric designs.
- Understand customer orders and finalize product details.
- Ensure products match customer requirements for quality and design.
- Calculate costs for materials, labor, and production.
- Update customers on production progress and send samples for approval.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of fabrics.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on fabric trends and suggest new ideas to the team.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Ensure all production processes meet quality and sustainability standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile, Merchandising, or related field.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in woven fabric.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
