You will be part of the Enterprise Chief Data Office, a central data enterprise team within the data technology pillar that aims at building the best data technology solutions for Nokia. You will work with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers and product teams to support the business solving the most critical challenges through data solutions.

The MDG team is looking for a proactive member who will have a key role in its development. You will be part of a team that is developing and managing Nokia IT MDG Application and implementing MDG-BP & MDG-FI. This role is hands-on and technical, situated in a fast-paced agile setting, where you'll collaborate closely with developers, architects, test engineers, product management, and our internal customers.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs using SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) platform.
- Implement and configure the MDG platform, including data modeling, data governance workflows, and data quality rules, to ensure specific requirements are meet.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDG with other systems, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, and other tools.
- Provide support including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Develop training materials and documentation to help end-users understand the system and how to use it effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the MDG space, and share knowledge with the team to improve the overall expertise.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of MDG solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that project goals are achieved.

Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience (3+ years) in implementing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, including data modeling, governance workflows, and configuration options.
- Knowledge of Customer Master Data and data quality concepts and tools.
- Experience in leading technical workshops and presenting solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- SAP MDG certification is desirable, but not mandatory
