**Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date on visa regulations and processes for various countries and communicate any changes or updates to the sales team and customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with embassies and consulates
- Train and mentor other employees on visa regulations and processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of visa operations

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience of 2 yrs to 3 yrs as a visa operations expert, preferably in the travel or tourism industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of visa regulations and processes for various countries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
