Job AlertRole: Ink Kitchen Executive/Senior Executive

1. Prepare, mix, and formulate inks according to specifications for various printing jobs.

2. Ensure consistency of colors and shades for different printing projects.

3. Maintain records of ink formulations and quantities used.

4. Perform tests on inks for quality assurance, including viscosity, color match, and consistency.

6. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

7. Manage inventory of raw materials, including pigments, chemicals, and additives.

8. Monitor stock levels and order supplies to avoid shortages.

9. Work closely with printing press operators to ensure ink compatibility with machines.

10. Assist in selecting appropriate ink types for specific print jobs.

11. Provide technical support to address issues during production.

12. Resolve problems related to ink performance, such as drying time and adhesion.

13. Optimize ink mixing processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

14. Ensure ink handling and preparation procedures comply with safety and environmental standards.

15. Liaise with ink suppliers for sourcing materials and staying updated on ink technologies.

16. Maintain a clean and organized ink kitchen, ensuring safe handling of materials.

17. Possess a strong understanding of color theory and color matching techniques to ensure accurate and consistent results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,796.47 per month
