**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate **Social Media Marketing Expert** to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that align with our brand’s vision and drive engagement across all major platforms. Your goal is to expand our online presence, engage with our audience, and boost conversions through creative content, strategic campaigns, and community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy & Creation**:

- Develop and execute engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create high-quality visual and written content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with our brand voice.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, launch, and optimize social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, YouTube Ads) to generate leads and drive traffic.
- Utilize social media tools to track campaign performance, ensuring effective audience targeting and ROI.
- **Community Management & Engagement**:

- Interact with followers to build a strong community, respond to comments and direct messages, and moderate user-generated content.
- Foster meaningful conversations to build brand loyalty and increase engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor social media metrics and KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) to evaluate campaign performance.
- Generate reports with actionable insights to optimize future strategies and improve overall social media presence.
- **Trend Analysis & Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Continuously research competitors and industry leaders to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with 1-2 years of experience in managing successful campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in Facebook Ad Manager, YouTube Campaigns, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create compelling, creative, and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organization**: Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Bonus**: Passion for motorcycles and adventure tourism is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
