We are looking for a **CRM Front-End (Collection)** professional to join our team, someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and has experience in handling collections and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth, professional, and responsive communication related to their accounts.
- **Collections Management**: Handle collections, follow up with customers regarding overdue payments, and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- **Documentation Handling**: Oversee the documentation process related to customer agreements, payments, and legal documents associated with the real estate transactions.
- **CRM Interface**: Manage and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions, payments, and collections are accurately recorded.
- **Internal Coordination**: Liaise with internal teams such as accounts, legal, and customer service to resolve any issues related to payments or collections.
- **Customer Support**: Provide high-quality support, addressing customer queries regarding payment schedules, agreements, and collection status in a timely manner.
- **Maintaining Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and adherence to payment schedules.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven Experience** in front-end customer dealings and collections, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
- **Documentation & Organizational Skills**: High attention to detail in managing documentation and following up on collection processes.
- **Presentable and Professional**: Confident in client-facing interactions and capable of handling challenging conversations professionally.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience using CRM systems to update customer data, track payments, and manage collections.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: Ability to maintain a positive relationship with customers while ensuring timely collections and adherence to agreements
