Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1)Direct and manage daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.

2)Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest experience.

3)Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a high-performance work environment.

4)Oversee financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost control, to achieve profitability targets.

5)Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

6)Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.

7)Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

8)Maintain and cultivate relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years or more of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
