**Job Title**: GRC Officer
**Work Location**:Bangalore
**Client based in** Dublin, Ireland
**Shift**: UK Shift Timings
**Experience Level**: 1-5 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure organizational compliance with key regulations and standards including **GDPR**, **ISO 27001** and **NIS2.**:

- Conduct comprehensive **risk assessments** across business units and processes.
- Manage and monitor **vendor risk**, ensuring third-party compliance and due diligence.
- Support and lead **internal and external audits**, including documentation and remediation tracking.
- Develop, review and maintain **information security and governance policies.**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology**, **Computer Science** or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in **GRC**, **Information Security** or **Risk Management.**:

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards such as **ISO 27001**, **NIST**, **SOC 2.**:

- Proficiency in **risk management methodologies** and tools.
- Excellent **analytical**, **problem-solving** and **communication** skills.
- Background in **legal**, **audit** or **compliance** functions is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Pay: From ₹31,340.45 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
