Merchandiser

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and interpret buyer requirements and specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding samples, production updates, and shipment.
- Coordinate sample development (proto, fit, size set, PP, shipment samples).
- Source interlinings, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements.
- Work with seniors to finalize product designs.
- Create and manage Time and Action (TNA) calendar for each order.
- Monitor pre-production activities, approvals, and order progress.
- Follow up with internal departments (fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and negotiate garment costing with buyers.
- Maintain records of cost sheets and approvals.
- Coordinate with QC teams to ensure product meets quality standards.
- Handle buyer inspections and approvals.
- Prepare production reports and updates for management and buyers.
- Maintain order files with all approvals and records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 2-5 years of experience in merchandising in a garment/têxtile factory.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
