**About the role**:
You will work in partnership with the Recruiters in US/ UK locations. If you love working with people, have good relationship building skills and enjoy scouting talent, we would like to meet you

**LOCATION**
India - Gurgaon

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Partnering with US Recruiters to understand the role requirements, identify and build key talent pipeline for the required requisitions.
- Provide responsive and proactive support to the Recruiters.
- Comfortable with attending the weekly catch up calls & training sessions in evening IST time.

**Job Specifications & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- Up to 1 year of hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job boards and social media channels for resourcing & drafting boolean searches.
- Demonstrated experience in resourcing for data analytics, project management, client management, marketing operations roles.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong ability to meet the deadlines & targets. Should be able to handle pressure and endure with time management.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- **Mandatory -** Comfortable with attending to the daily stand-up calls early morning or evening.
