Overall, in charge of the admin department and make sure that all activities are completed on time without any lag.
- Government officer is interaction for overall all scholarship matter.
- To maintain record, personal profiles & documents of all teaching, non - teaching, peon, sweeper, and other staff as per guidelines.
- Process of staff endorsement and regular increment.
- Maintain leave records foot CL, VSL, Vacation leave, LWP, Gate Muster.
- Process of staff joining, reliving & Termination or Maintain personal file & order.
- Distribution of remuneration amount to all beneficiary staff.
- Process for the staff deposit refund of relived staff.
- Uploading data of newly appointment staff for A/C section.
- Handling of all kinds of bond/agreement of the faculties.
- Issuing certificate as per requirement of staff approved by dean & director.
- Any other work entrusted from the dean & director or management.
- Other duties assign.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
