**Description**:
**Job Title**: Assistant Manager
**Experience**: 3 to 4 years
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies across social media channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize and execute paid advertising strategies, including Insta Ads and Paid Promotion, to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Implement fund strategies and create effective campaigns to boost ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse results, making recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the MICE industry.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Instagram Ads, Paid Promotions, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the Digital Marketing from MICE industry.
- Knowledge of paid media strategies and social media advertising tools.
- Experience with fund strategies and driving digital revenue.
