We develop robust systems which enables our customers to achieve optimum efficiency in the Tools Value Chain by creating Flow, pull through kaizen improvement workshops to meet the cycle time and takt demands & Kaizen improvements in Warehouse and Site Operations **Responsibilities** As an SAP Supporter, you will be responsible for implementing your own optimization projects as well as providing end-user support on existing processes and workflows. - Ensuring you work and act according to Vestas safety rules & guidelines. - As a project member: Define, scope, test and implement optimization projects within Vestas Tools area. - Perform as Tools business contact person towards Global One Tool organization. - Perform as Tools business contact person towards Vestas IT Consultants. - Create and follow up on IT tickets related to incidents and system changes. - Create process flow charges. - Create SAP instructions and training material. - Perform end-user support on existing processes and workflows. has context menu **Qualifications** - 3 years of working experience within a logistic/warehouse role - Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) at super user level. - Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WM/EWM) at super user level - Knowledge according to Lean principles - Knowledge of project management. **Competencies** - People skills as well as positive mindset and inclusive attitude. - Ability to present creative solutions and effectively anticipate customer needs. - Good communication skills in English - Being a constructive team player - Structured and result orientated. - Professional planning and organizing skills **What We Offer** We offer you an exciting and challenging job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development with the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
