Minimum 4 years of experience in education counselling

Developing and implementing admissions strategies to attract and enroll a diverse pool of qualified students, including targeted marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.

**Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets ** Self-motivated and organized, capable of Managing a high volume of customer interactions.

**Analyzing admissions data to identify trends, track progress towards enrollment goals, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment and enrollment strategies.**

Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting will be an added advantage

**Continuously evaluating and refining admissions processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall student experience and identifying opportunities for new Business Development through Lead Generation.**

Reviewing database of prospect clients; maintain a database (Salesforce, Excel) of prospective client information and identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

**Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, enrollment management, and academic affairs, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.**

Inside sales & Outdoor meetings if required.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
