Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including real estate-related materials.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of creativity.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
