**Job Title**: Female Hostel Superintendent
**Location**: Career Point Gurukul School, Kota

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Welfare & Discipline**: Ensure the **safety, well-being, and discipline** of all hostel residents.
- **Supervision & Administration**: Maintain hostel records, monitor students' movements, and manage hostel-related activities.
- **Health & Hygiene**: Ensure proper **cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation** within the hostel premises.
- **Counseling & Mentorship**: Act as a **guardian** for students, addressing their concerns and providing emotional and academic support.
- **Coordination with School & Parents**: Communicate regularly with school authorities and parents regarding students' progress and concerns.
- **Emergency Handling**: Manage **medical emergencies** and ensure proper care for sick students.
- **Food & Accommodation**: Ensure students receive **nutritious meals** and maintain proper dining discipline.
- **Security & Safety**: Ensure strict adherence to **safety regulations** and maintain discipline in the hostel.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Graduate
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in hostel administration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
