**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Oversee the integration of SFMC CDP and DMP ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support for SFMC Interaction Studio enhancing customer engagement and personalization.
- Develop and maintain Wordpress websites ensuring high performance and user-friendly interfaces.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud driving effective marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Lead the development of technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders translating technical concepts into business terms.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in SFMC CDP and DMP with hands-on experience in implementation and management.
- Demonstrate expertise in SFMC Interaction Studio with a proven track record of enhancing customer engagement.
- Have extensive experience in developing and maintaining Wordpress websites.
- Exhibit deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud including campaign management and customer journey optimization.
- Have domain experience in Sales & Marketing understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in this field.
- Display excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
