**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **automotive plastic trim components** (dashboard panels, door trims, pillar covers, consoles, etc.) **or Sheet Metal**using **CATIA V5/V6**.
- Prepare 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings in accordance with OEM standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including styling, tooling, manufacturing, and quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies and support DFMEA and DFM activities.
- Review and incorporate feedback from prototype builds and testing phases.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and BOM updates.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in **automotive plastic trims or Sheet Metal design**.
- Proficient in **CATIA V5/V6** — Part Design, Assembly, Surface Design (GSD), and Drafting modules.
- Good understanding of plastic materials, injection molding processes, and design for manufacturing principles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
- Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
