Hyderabad, India DEEKSHITH AND CO CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS Full time

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and oversee Book keeping / Accounting function;
- Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements (under IndAS)
- Monthly and Quarterly MIS
- Handling all Audits and Quarterly Limited Reviews and liasioning with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Other Auditors
- Handle various statutory returns filing (GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, PF, ESI, Professional Tax Returns etc.)
- Handling Income tax assessments and related matters, submissions to IT Authorities and coordinate with Tax Advisors
- Liasioning with Banks and Lenders
- Oversee various reporting to lenders, investors and regulators etc. prepared by team
- Prepare CMA / Projections in line with Business Plan for submission to lenders
- To handle various reconciliations as per requirement
- Treasury operations and funds planning for business needs
- Team management.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
