**Waiter at Town Centre, Kharar.**

**Position**: Waiter
**Location**: Civil Hospital Road, Opposite Govt. Model School, Kharar

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome customers promptly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any complaints politely.
- **Order Management**:

- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor the status of orders and ensure prompt delivery to tables.
- Ensure proper presentation of dishes before serving.
- **Dining Area Maintenance**:

- Set up and clean tables before and after use.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Restock utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work in coordination with the kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in daily briefings and adhere to company policies.
- **Billing and Payment**:

- Assist customers with the billing process.
- Ensure accurate cash or card transactions when required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a waiter is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
