**Role of the Video Editor (EV Industry)**

The Video Editor is responsible for transforming raw video footage into polished, high-impact visual content that aligns with the company’s goals — whether it's marketing EVs to consumers, educating users about features, or showcasing sustainability efforts.

**Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Editing**
- Edit and produce videos for product launches, promotional campaigns, testimonials, explainer videos, and social media.
- Create dynamic visuals using footage, motion graphics, sound design, and effects.
- Trim and arrange footage, add music, text, transitions, and ensure a compelling narrative.

**2. Collaborating with Teams**
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to align video content with campaign objectives.
- Understand the goals of various departments (e.g., HR for internal videos, engineering for product demonstrations) and produce suitable content.

**3. Brand Consistency**
- Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines in terms of tone, style, color grading, and messaging.
- Maintain a consistent visual language across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- and Post-Production Support**
- Assist in planning shoots by creating storyboards, shot lists, or scripts.
- Manage post-production workflow: syncing audio, color correction, video compression, etc.
- Organize and archive footage for future use.

**5. Technical Expertise**
- Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Stay up to date with trends in video editing, social media content formats, and EV-related storytelling techniques.

**6. Platform Optimization**
- Edit videos in formats suitable for different platforms: short-form (Reels, Shorts), long-form (YouTube, webinars), and vertical or horizontal aspect ratios.
- Ensure videos are optimized for fast loading and high engagement on digital channels.

**7. Data & Feedback Integration**
- Review performance metrics (views, engagement) and adapt editing styles based on analytics and feedback.
- Continuously improve video quality and storytelling based on audience behavior and brand goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual harmony.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high attention to detail.
- Degree or certification in Film, Media, Communication, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹10,577.98 - ₹22,000.00 per month
