**Role Overview**:
As an F&B Intern, you’ll support daily restaurant and event operations from guest service to table setup and backend coordination. This is a fast-paced, real-time opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working with a professional, experienced team.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Service & Interaction**
- Serve food & beverages with courtesy and professionalism
- Learn standard buffet & service protocols

**Daily Operations Support**
- Set up the outlet before service and close down post-service
- Manage table layout, cutlery, napkins, and guest flow
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas

**Coordination with Internal Teams**
- Collaborate with kitchen for smooth order delivery
- Understand food & beverage pairing and menu items
- Support restaurant, in-room dining, and event operations

**Compliance, Grooming & Hygiene**
- Follow FSSAI & HACCP guidelines
- Maintain grooming and hygiene standards
- Wear proper uniform and safety gear

**Learning & Development**
- Understand à la carte, buffet & banquet styles
- Learn food safety basics and assist with inventory tasks

**Required Skills & Strengths**:

- Strong verbal communication
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
- Respect for professional conduct and workplace culture
- Physical stamina and willingness to work in fast-paced environments

**Location**: Mumbai
**Eligibility**: Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (IHM or equivalent)
**Languages**: English, Hindi (regional languages are a bonus)
**Stipend**: Offered as per company standards
