**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record Maintenance**:

- Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of invoices, receipts and other financial documents.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and assist in follow-ups for outstanding payments.

**Reconciliations**:

- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in financial records.

**Support Month-End and Year-End Processes**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
- Help in journal entry preparation and account analysis.

**Compliance and Audits**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist during audits by providing requested documentation and reports.
- Rently being an ISO certified company focuses on maintaining security, any individual associated with Rently is expected to maintain the same.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- **2 - 3 years of experience in accounting field.**(Fresher don't apply)
- Familiarity with NetSuite accounting software is an asset.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Work Location**:
This job requires full-time working from our Coimbatore office.
