**Content Writer (Fresher)**

As a Content Writer (Fresher), you will be responsible for producing high-quality written content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and more. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our content team and gain valuable experience in content creation and optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Conduct research on industry-related topics and trends to generate ideas for new content pieces.
- Ensure all content is well-structured, grammatically correct, and aligned with brand voice and style guidelines.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and meta tags to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Stay updated with SEO best practices and algorithms to ensure content remains optimized for maximum visibility and traffic.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in developing social media content calendars and creating engaging posts for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and promotions.
- **Blogging**:

- Contribute to the company blog by writing informative and engaging articles on relevant topics, industry trends, product updates, and more.
- Research and curate relevant images, videos, and other multimedia elements to enhance blog posts and improve reader engagement.
- **Collaboration and Learning**:

- Work closely with the content team and other departments to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Seek feedback from senior writers and editors to improve writing skills and refine content quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content writing and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC or MJMC) preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS) preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free content.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
