**KRA**:
**1. Knowledge of all e-Commerce operations**

**2. Managing relations with POCs of Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho/Jio and other etc.**

**3. Inventory planning and forecasting**

**4. Sales Planning and forecasting.**

**5. Maintaining a close eye on profitability and margins**

**6. Managing co-ordination between production, sales and social media**

**7. Ensuring daily dispatches**

**8. Handling AMS and PLAs**
