Job Title: Account Executive

Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
- Sunday: Off

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Purchase Invoicing:

- Prepare and manage invoices for sales and purchases.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all transactions.

2. Software Proficiency:

- Work efficiently in Tally and other accounting software as required.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and management across all software.

3. Bank, Ledger, and Cash Reconciliation:

- Conduct daily bank, ledger, and cash reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.

4. Tax Returns:

- Prepare and file GST and income tax returns in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of tax documents.

5. Additional Accounting Duties:

- Handle all other tasks associated with accounting, including bookkeeping, report generation, and financial record maintenance.
- Support financial audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and accounting standards.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in Tally and other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST and income tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
