**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features, specifications, and benefits.
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, finance options, insurance, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current stock, new models, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Process all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets.
- Ensure the showroom and vehicles are presented to a high standard at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales/customer service role (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for cars and in-depth knowledge of automotive products (training provided).
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Professional, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
