**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist R&D Chemists in **preparing and executing trial batches** for new product development.
- Handle **sample collection, preparation, labeling, and storage** accurately.
- Maintain **test records**, trial logs, and ensure sample traceability.
- Operate basic lab instruments like pH meter, viscometer, weighing balance, etc.
- Clean and maintain **glassware, lab equipment, and workstations** as per SOP.
- Support the team in **raw material evaluation** and compatibility checks.
- Maintain **chemical inventory**, stock levels, and report discrepancies.
- Follow **good laboratory practices (GLP)** and **safety protocols** strictly.
- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Laboratory Assistant Chemical Plant (LACP)
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in an industrial or R&D lab environment (freshers with good lab skills can apply)

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
