**Job Summary**:
This role is part of Fabrication category procurement for BCP India Thiruvallur facility and Worktools requirement for BCP Global requirements. Processes requisitions and provides support for purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, cost, price analyses and contract/purchase order generation.

**What You Will Do**:

- Developing improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations.
- Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes that produce output excellence, builds expertise for the assign process area, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
- Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives.

**What You Have**:

- Data-driven Decision Making: Knowledge of the data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques. Responsible and accountable for the analysis and maintenance of assigned process that product output excellence building expertise for the assign process area and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis. Includes the analysis and maintenance of procurement and logistics data including but not limited to purchase orders, quotations, invoices, source catalogs, material rejection reports, tooling records, supplier data/measurement, inventory management, engineered value chains.
- Procurement: Knowledge of buying and procurement; ability to work with organizational strategies and practices, and use tools for buying goods, supplies, equipment and services needed to conduct business. Perform analytical and administrative tasks in support of organization Purchasing strategic initiatives.
- Limited travel may be required to support category, product, facilities, supply excellence or logistics management.
- Familiar with procurement and quality principles, procedures, and techniques with Min 5 yrs of Exp & basic qualification in Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Stream.
