Performance and Reward Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Around 10 years of relevant Performance & Reward experience, ideally with a mix of consulting and corporate background.
- Ability to create a trust-based relationship with customers, understand their needs and translate them into workable solutions.
- Great project management/ planning capabilities, great analytical and excel modeling skills. Great presentation skills on power point.
- Strategic/ out of the box thinking and at the same time hands-on experience.
- Positive mindset, flexible and solution oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex matrix organization and deliver concrete outcome while engaging with a wide range of senior stakeholders.
- English fluency, cross cultural management skills.
