To prepare and submit drawings for elevation, floor plan and detail drawings according to project specification by ensuring the derivative design drawings are in accordance with the group design guidelines and structural calculations
- To prepare materials ‘take-off’ for projects by issuing production drawings / cutting lists for fabrication
- To ensure the design drawings tally with the structural calculations, able to interpret architect's concept requirements & comments and main contractor comment requirements
- Issuing construction drawings for the project and fixing sub-contractor for site installation
- Updating “as-built” drawings for final submission

**Qualifications**
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- Min. 3 years of experience in curtain wall/glazing or metalwork and CAD knowledge
- BIM / Revit Certificate of Completion an advantage

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
