The Production Supervisor will lead a team of production workers, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to production schedules.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities in accordance with production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of quality products.
- Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize team performance.
- Monitor and enforce safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient production

processes.
- Responsible for manning requisition and allocation of available manpower to various workstations during the shift.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold quality standards and meet production goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify and address maintenance needs or issues affecting production.
- Track and analyze production metrics, such as efficiency, downtime, and yield, and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may affect production schedules, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to find timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to production processes and safety.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse production team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
