Key Responsibilities:
**Vendor Management & Engagement**

Identify, onboard, and manage vendor partners for IT contract and permanent staffing needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.

Ensure vendors meet compliance, quality, and turnaround time expectations.

**IT Recruitment Coordination**

Work closely with vendors to fulfill hiring requirements by providing clear job descriptions and expectations.

**Process Optimization & Reporting**

Track vendor submissions, performance, and hiring outcomes to optimize partnerships.

Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, contracts, and payment terms.

Provide regular reports on vendor contributions, hiring metrics, and challenges.

**Stakeholder Communication**

Act as the bridge between internal hiring teams and vendor partners.

Ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of any issues in the recruitment process.

Present vendor insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

**Key Requirements**:
Experience: 2 to 5 years in IT recruitment or staffing (vendor management experience preferred).

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and market trends.

Communication Skills: Excellent written & spoken English is mandatory.

Personality Traits: Energetic, proactive, and able to build strong professional relationships.

Availability: Immediate joiners only.
