The Sustainability/ESG Data Administrator will perform large-scale data management for global portfolio, environmental performance data analysis (energy, water, greenhouse gas emissions, waste, and fleet), support collecting social data including diversity, equity, and inclusion data, workforce data, and health, wellness and safety data, and various sustainability reports when directed.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

- Utilize IBM Envizi ESG software system and internal SharePoint site
- Complete regularly scheduled reviews to ensure data completeness and meet internal and external data audit verification standards
- Review business unit sustainability related projects to ensure they are on-track to meet desired objectives
- Communication with site designees to resolve data errors
- Generate business unit and regional specific ESG dashboards that help business leaders track performance
- Support the development of ESG reporting frameworks (SASB, TCFD, etc.)
- Create and deliver training materials for sustainability reporting software tool to facility personnel
- Develop and regularly update database tracking Peer company ESG data and disclosures

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree, Majors: Information systems or related field
- 3 years of experience in a business setting and experience with ESG reporting preferred

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent excel and data management skills
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage, manipulate and analyze utility invoices and usage data (energy, water, waste)
- Ability to effectively work with a team
- Detail-oriented mindset
